1st 5lbs lost now. Its getting harder to shed the last few pounds but I’m trying to do lots of walking and swimming and I’m dancing too. Eating as well as I can, as a student lol.
Feel much happier with myself – want a flat stomach for Easter hols x

Obviously the actual keys are eat healthy and exercise more..burn off more than you put in but here are 2 things that make me do it!
a)2 quality streets a day – i know this doesnt sound right but everything in moderation and it keeps me from craving chocolate – since I started doing this I havent had a single chocolate binge because I dont feel like I’m denying myself anything.
b)JEALOUSY! – the BEST diet ever lol. Everytime I think I will have a cheeky snack I just think about my boyfriends ex, truth be told she isnt all that (but I guess we all like to think that) but imagining that she has a better stomach than me doesnt half control the cravings!!:-)

Right, so the original plan was lose a stone before christmas, I lost 12lbs. I put on 2lbs over Christmas but I just stepped on the scales and today I am happy to announce (lol!) that I have lost a stone! Anyway I’ve decided to go again!! I’m not quite happy with myself yet.So watch this space! x x P.S Well done to everyone else on this target!

So far so good. My boyfriend noticed a difference too! I’m happier, but only a little bit – want to lose that other 6lbs and I only have 12 days. Basically 3lbs a week. I’m trying to swim every day and I’m really watching what I eat but still having 3 meals, including porridge for breakfast.

I’ve had ups and downs in terms of weight but I’m now down 3 pounds, 10 to go to complete the challenge. I think I can do it, my entire flat ordered chinese and I had noodle soup and didnt put on a pound. If I can handle chinese I feel hopeful! I’m trying to do regular situps as well.wooo

Day 2 of the diet, did lots of exercise and ate healthily yesterday – lost 2lbs YAY. I know this is the fast bit when all the “easy” weight comes off but im still happy. The test will come today though as my boyfriend is coming up – ive told him we arent going to eat out and he said ok but we will see…

Im at Uni, have been for a month and a bit now, I’ve got a stone to lose and lots of toning to do but my aim is to do it before I go back for Christmas – thats the 16th of December. So I have basically 5weeks to do it. Ive always been quite good at motivating myself for stuff like this and I do lots of exercise, my problem….the boyfriend.
In some ways he gives me a certain amount of exercise lol! but he also insists on eating out for EVERY MEAL when he is up here which is every week for days at a time. I wouldnt want him not to come up but there is no way I can convince him to let me cook or cook together or anything..any ideas? The pounds are piling on!!
