Up until today I’ve been going to sleep at a decent time (10 – 10:30 pm). It makes a difference! Ironically, I am staying up late going through my 43T list and updating… ^^;

Now is not a good time to have a loft-bed. My attempts at sleep are made a few feet from the ceiling where all the hot air likes to hang out and gossip.
Hot humid weather is a b!tch. I try to keep myself doing things like reading, laptop until my eyes start shutting on their own, then I let myself fall asleep. It’s better than just lying there being frustrated in the heat.
I think I’ll plug in the fan at the foot of my bed.
This week showed some advances and setbacks in this area.
The good:
I arranged with work to come in later. This means I got to sleep in a little. I seemed to show some progress. I don’t remember having to take mini naps during my breaks and I don’t think I nodded off. Another thing to note that this is also the week I switched medications from one that makes me drowsy to one that should be ….less drowsy.
The bad:
I’m still not getting to bed at my designated bed time. In fact I’m finally getting to bed two hours overdue. If I could get to bed sooner not only would I be getting more sleep I might be able to wake up early enough to get a thing or two done!
This is a three day weekend. Depending on how I play it I might get some good sleep three days, or I might just have too much fun and get very little sleep. Hehehe. Nice thoughts both of those, however, I think, since I am behind in my projects, I will be working for these three days. I can probably sleep in a little but certainly no partying. :)
This site is so fascinating, I was an idjit to start a list so late. I don’t think today will count towards my very first goal. We’ll see how we do tomorrow. :)
