I just got off my stationary bike, I was on for 1 hour & 15 minutes!!!

It feels so good. I feel so energized and I wish I could go longer but I have to go to work.

Maybe tomorrow I can go longer….

I’ve been eating a lot better lately..NO more fast food!!

My plan (& is working so far) to work out at least 30 min. at least 4 times a week.

I’ve already noticed a difference so hopefully that’ll keep me motivated… :)
