Just thought I didn’t need to eat so much meat (everyday for lunch and dinner) So I lowered quantities. First I was kind of watching myself, making sure I wasn’t eating too much but I don’t have to watch myself anymore, I have meat maybe 3/4 times a week and that’s already plenty I’m sure.
I think the amount of meat you eat is really about how much exercize you do and how much your body needs protein in general (I’m small and thin and a student, I probably need less than a big guy working in a farm right?)
