find my passion

I’m not so sure that my passion will ever completely correlate to a job. This is the happiest I’ve ever been; I think that counts more than anything.

Job- going great. I like my new position, I work with some of my best friends, my manager is awesome. My company had lay-offs this week; this, of course, makes me nervous. I’m not sure if that can ever be avoided in a corporate environment though.

Husband- he’s my baby; I love him more than ever.

Family- we’re adding a family member; what could be better than that? I also got to spend a week with my mother, sister, and extended family; that was wonderful.

Everything else in my life may not be perfect, but so what? Much more is going right than wrong, which is what matters to me right now!

I’ve taken classes, tried different positions within my company, etc….nothing so far seems like IT. I do know that my passion does not involve sitting in a cubicle for 40 hours a week. I got rid of the cubicle part so maybe this is a start :)
