Yep, I’m tipping the scales at 69kg. I have worked out for a few days and now I’m following Carol Vorderman’s detox plan [trying to].

After 4 months of no exercise but changing my diet slightly, I have lost 5 kilos [but have put 1 back on because I gorged myself for a few days.] All I did was to eat protein with salad for my evening meal. I used to eat lentils with rice or bread and some vegies. Think I dont handle eating carbs well esp in the night. THis was a very easy change to make and I want to stick with it permanently. It also helped me with my gut and digestion. Who knew it was going to be this easy?! hehe now I have to exercise.
Well I have actually lost 1kg. I walked a lot on my 5 day holiday; also not eating unless I’m hungry. It’s summer so I’m not as hungry as normal. This is a good start.
