fly in a helicopter

We were hoping to fit in a helicopter trip while we were in South Africa on our honeymoon. There was one running in Mpumalanga, over the scenic Blyde River Canyon, but it would have cost us over £400, which was more than we could afford. Then we saw another one running in Cape Town and it was only £40 each for a 15 minute trip – but our excursion to Robben Island was cancelled because of bad weather and we managed to rearrange it on our last morning, which was great – but it meant we didn’t have any time for shopping or flying. Oh well, another time!

Almost did this once, on holiday in Margate, but it was too windy!
