does the eliptical count? because i love that thing. it simulates running but it seems so much easier, when in fact it is much more efficient. i like the fact that it doesnt give me shin splints. i love it because you can see how far you’ve gone and you can see how many calories you have burned. i usually do 3 miles on the eliptical and then run 1 around the track.
i have done this exercise plan 3 days in a row! i figured it out that the only day i absolutely don’t have time to exercise is tuesday. so if i exercise 6 days a week, i think that’s pretty good.
the reason why i’m doing this? because i have definitely gained weight since coming to college, and i’m determined to not be one of the people that gains the “freshman 15.” i would hate to have people talking about me behind my back saying how it’s sad that i’ve gained weight.
i’m very motivated to lose the weight now!
