I tried doing this and got four days in a row….then I got lazy and stopped for two weeks. 100 sit ups is not hard, I dont know why I cant just DO IT! I break it down into four sets or 25. I wonder if I do 25 situps every couple hours instead of all together, if Ill get a better result? Or be able to keep it up?
