Not quite sure how I did it to be honest. I think just the fact that I actually started exercising alittle bit really helped. I ate a little less and did alittle more. Just eat alot of veggies and apples (even with caramel!!) I basically lost 5 lbs every month for 7 months. I totally stopped working out once I got a computer, man this thing is addicting. So Im ready to start again. The goal this time is 30 lbs and I should be at my healthy goal weight by then! Wish me luck!!!
