not what you actually say… because communication is 7% verbal (what you say), 38% vocal (how you sound), and 55% non-verbal (body language). I have listened to and practiced according to Dr. Carol Fleming’s The Sound of Your Voice audio book. A couple more reviews and daily practice should get me there.
