Well, I just had to remove my lose 10 pounds goal and put this goal in its place instead. I gained a few pounds in October, and then, in November, I did NaNoWriMo (for those of you who don’t know, it’s an insane contest to write a 50,000 word novel during the month of November), which led me to inactivity and a lot of nervous eating…so now I’m up to 159.4 pounds and back on my diet plan. A healthy, comfortable weight for me is 135-145 lbs, and I felt great at 139, so that’s my goal. The first few will likely come off fast when I resume drinking enough water and walking, but the rest will be slower. My goal is to lose it by June 1 or so.
