not want to kill myself

I’ve got a new shrink & she thinks I may need different medicine. If she’s right things will get much easier for me.

it’s just slipping away

I must be doing something right because sometimes life is good. I just need to learn how to handle the things that make me feel so worthless without just wanting to give it all up. To me if I’m worthless I don’t deserve to be alive.
