Okay, this isn’t a goal I came up with all by myself. But since I’ve sprained both trapezius muscles a few times, and it’s perfectly normal for me to wake up with legs so stiff I can’t walk properly, it seems like a really worthwhile and – importantly – achievable goal.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I do boxing from 6am-7am so stretching on those days should be a given. The other days I’m going to stretch as soon as I wake up—I don’t care how weak my effort is, so long as I actually do it every morning!
