there are some goals which only really apply to holidays for me! this being 1 of them, as i have realised the idea of getting up at 5 every day at uni it utterly ludicrous! mainly because i quite often dont even get to bed till that time!
so any way the time now is 5:45 and i have been “up!” so to speak for a while! i got up at 5 to have a drink of water and various things but then realised it was freezing so im back in bed but wide awake! ive switched the heater on and im waiting for it to warm up!
i hate waking up when its dark outside! this would be so much easier if it got lighter earlier :(

7.30 today! slowly but surely i am getting there! and i didnt even have that much as i usually cant get to sleep for hours! tonight im gna try to go to bed earlier see if im still able to get to sleep quickly! x

right so following Drexl’s advice i am going to slowly break myself into this! this morning i was up b4 8.30 which is definately an improvement on 10 and i’m going to get up a bit earlier each day until i have reached my goal and it becomes habit! my reward drexl is having more time to do the things i want to do before i go to work! that is possibly not what you were thinking of but i cant come up with anything else atm! this is the reason i am doing this! although i dont start work till 11 i dont finish till 10 so if i sleep in till i have to go to work my whole day is gone! with the exception of a 3 hour break in the middle i guess that seems so small because i havent learnt how to use it! so thats what i need- more time to myself and an understanding of how to use my time! yay this WILL work my friends!!! may you all be eternally at peace with yourselves!xx

right so 1st day- thoroughly unsuccessful :(! after not being able to go to sleep until after 2 am i woke up when my alarm went of this morning turned it off and went back to sleep until 10! yes yes shame on me! is any1 able to recommend something that will make me go to sleep at a reasonable hour tonight? i found some sleeping tablets in the house made from a herb called valeria or something- i might try those! either way i’m not going to give up on this! i dont necessarily want to get up at 5- just some time before 6 and its going to happen!
