Since I started back at the gym, eating healthy again and running I have stuck to my “healthy habit” and the rewards have been awesome! I have lost fifteen pounds thus far, gone down two dress sizes and my energy level is way up there! Just six pounds to go to reach my goal.

It’s been three weeks since I started back at the gym and running. I’ve also improved my eating habits. I am sooooooooo happy to see that I have lost 8lbs in three weeks!!!! What a great incentive!! I’ve just 10 more to go an although the last 5 to 10 are the hardest I know what I’m up against and ready for the challenge.
This month, starting today I will be working my butt off (literally) with the ambition of getting back to a healthy weight. I’m not obese but I could stand to lose 15-20lbs to not only look better but most of all feel better. This month I’ll start off slowly with an attainable goal of losing 8lbs. Tonight if the weather is good I will walk for a hour outside otherwise I’mm getting on that treadmill!!!
