I was talkin’ to one of my classmates today. She and I were talkin’ about how she lost, 35lbs and has a few more to go. I can’t wait til I’m in her shoes BUT it’s hard to stay focused when no one else around me needs to lose weight. I see my friends eat what they want all the time and it’s not fair! I LOVE food and it’s so hard to not eat the good stuff. I’m sure going to a gym would help too, BUT I’m broke. If I was half as good as self control as I am with excuses, I’d be good to go. Well, at least I can say I did well for about two weeks. Not to bad for me. Bah!
Welp, does eating at 10 at night, piggin’ out on pizza , or eating fast food count as tryin’ to lose weight? I’m really screwin’ this up. All I want is to be thin! NOt super thin, but you know, healthy thin. This sucks. I HATE FOOD! It’s a love hate relationship…I know
First day of actually tryin’ to do this. Who knew that fat free cottage cheese taste so bad? This is gonna suck, but hey…it’ll be nice to not be size 15. I’m ready to fit into a ten again. The real problem is gonna be a party I’m going to this weekend. Sigh
