Just last night it occurred to me that I need to stop touching my hair at all. That’s hard to do. I’m trying! Damnit!
It’s this disorder where people pull out their hair. I’m self-diagnosed, but if I went to a shrink and said “I pull out my hair and I actually kinda like it” then I’m sure it would be official. Really I don’t want to have anything that ends with “mania.” It’s like biting nails for me: just a habit that gets worse with stress and nervousness. It’s been a few years now and I’m ready to be over it. Unfortunately I have a hard time controlling my bad habits. Progress reports to follow.
