using my old sneakers (not running shoes) not until I get some money. Starting a program.. run 20 mins for two days next week. CHEER ME ON!

I was in track in 7th grade, and quit after I moved. I miss it, and am scared to start because of the pain in my chest. I always over exhaust myself and almost pass out. how do I know when enough is enough?
