well i stopped for ages but now i’ve been bringing my lunch very regularly, thanks to having time to go to the supermarket in the morning, and picking up a big batch of stuff.
brown rice + salmon + rocket = so easier and healthy. i’m not sick of yet!

well this is my third day! i’m also bringing breakfast to work, which has been great…waking me up and stopping me from wanting to eat the whole world by lunch.
vegemite on wholegrain for breakfast, minestrone for lunch. i’ve also replaced my coffee with indian tea, which i have black instead of all the sugar and milk i put in coffee.
want to do this for a few more weeks before i take it off my list though.

- buy a bunch of stuff at the beginning of the week to take to work
- simplify salmon/salad thing so i’m more tempted to do it
- bring bread and store in freezer for breakfast
- make batches of food on Sunday to take
