Got Relaxation?

Today I’m working on this relaxation thing. I now have friday’s off….to restore my body as I have health issues that require rest….I have a tendency to overwork and not take care of my body. Right now I’m sitting with my cd of the ocean on my laptop, incense burning, water, my favorite plants….and it’s nice it’s helping me remember to let go. to dream. to relax.
