“If you’re not working on your ideal day, you’re working on someone else’s.”
- Marjorie Blanchard
Planning is so important. When I have a plan for what I’m eating, I can go about my day knowing I’m taking care of myself, and doing my work, being a healer and a peacemaker, serving. When I don’t take care of myself, and I have to hunt around for food at 1:00 when I’m already two hours past needing something to eat…I get stressed and I get out of control and angry with the people who need me. Yet I feel confused when I have to plan,....or I just don’t take the time…I don’t prepare. I’ve been wanting to work on managing my stress….the stress has caused me to gain 20 pounds. Part of working on the stress is saying no, and seeing myself as a priority during the day, eating properly, taking breaks, walking on days that I can which should be every day. So today I will plan tomorrow’s menu…right now.
Plus it has to be food I like.
