For many weeks I’ve been able to do yoga regularly. Evry now and then there’s been a one or do day pause, but I’ve managed to get back to my routine after it.

I’ve reached the level of yoga where I really need to do my daily practice. This week I did yoga five times :). One longer practice and the rest really short ones, but the main thing is it’s happening.
was really good :). And today my muscles didn’t even hurt. I meant to practise at home between classes, but last week I only managed to find time for it once. Let’s see how this week goes.
I was a bit scared of it actually. Yesterday I hurt my toe and it hurts to walk and it’s all blue and swallen(sp?) (not broken though). It was a nice surprise that it didn’t bother much during the class. I also felt strong and flexible and the whole thing felt good. (Ask me again tomorrow…)
Every other day is better than nothing. I’m doing this. One day I might be able to do it six times a week.
I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do yoga today. My every muscle seems to hurt and I didn’t even do much yesterday. Funny how I’ve let myself get in this bad condition.
I woke up early and did all suriyanamaskaras. Actually I was surprised I could do it. A couple of months ago I started to do this very same thing the last time and then I had to start with only A’s. Let’s see if I can make this a habit like I want to.
Changed my goal to a more general one (removed the word astanga…), just so that I wouldn’t be alone with my goal.
I have been doing astanga yoga irregularly for years, and now I want to (again) get in the habit of daily excercise. I want to start small with suriyanamaskara A’s and B’s and then later start adding asanas. In January I’ll will propably take classes, but I want to start now so that I could go to intermediate classes right away.
