getting tone, losing fat, improving my physical flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and muscel strength..
Oh my god, I have gained 15 pounds in nursing school, and I have cellulite on the back of my legs now! GROSS! That has got to go! I used to have the best six pack ever, and now it is gone! GROSS! That is reason enough to do this goal!

Let’s make this simple. If I just work out 1 hour every day within a year I will be very FIT! I just need to make a time and stick with it. This is the hard part since my schedule is a little whacky right now, and I don’t like being out in the cold in the mornings, nor waking everyone up in the house to workout inside, and untill I start getting paid again which is two to three months away I can not afford to go to a gym, much less the gas to drive there! So, that being said, perhaps I should exercise in the afternoon around 3pm when it is nice and warm out or when noone is home.

in co I4ll be hiking, ad snowboarding, and living at altitude , and I won’t havea car – so no need to do “exercize”
Maybe get my yoga videos from JO-or join a yoga class at a gym where i can also lift weights
a wight lifting video – and some wieghts et the house – maybe can find some at a garage sale

1.swim 4 days per week for the next month
2.lift weights in the house
3.stretch – do two poses from my yoga book per day, and the sun salutation

but I want to be and to remain in tip top shape and form for the rest of my life. I look like I am in form, but I want to have nice strong and toned muscels, and strong lungs, and a very low resting heart rate, and I already wrote about my flexibility. It is what I need to work on the most of the three.
