I WALK FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR A DAY. i lost like 7kgs. i feel so much better.
STILL NOT THERE. twice a week is not enough!
Went today as well! Nearly died on the way back tho!!
Went for a one hour walk with F. My thighs were killing me and i even got a stich at one point! But I did it… Let’s see whats gonna happen tomorrow…..
