Halfway there!
5. St. Petersburg Arts Center – Before about 2 months ago (yea, it’s taken me that long to update…), I’ve never been there, but heard about it through my friends who work there. Much like the Dali museum, I got a job here and cannot believe that I lived so long with out the SPAC in my life!
6. Demen’s Landing – My friends and I decided to picnic somewhere, and we stumbled across this little park downtown that’s hidden away. It’s now our favorite picnic place.

I visited this once when I was younger, but I don’t remember it at all. Now, I have a job there, and have become VERY familiar with these paintings. I can’t believe I overlooked that place for so long.

We (my friends, my French exchange student, and I) rented a 4 passenger bike. It’s not really VISITING per-say, but it was a new perspective on St. Petersburg…

My friend’s been taking mandolin lessons for about a year now, and he asked me to come with him to an acoustic concert… consisting of bluegrass music at some hole in the wall place.
As much as I thought I wouldn’t, I’m pretty glad I went and actually enjoyed it.

My city erected this huge “rock” in the middle of a random park. It’s ugly and all the gothy teenagers go there and smoke/drink/etc. Sounds horrible, and it is, but I actually hung out there on Friday…
My city’s so boring. I wonder if there even is 12 new places that I haven’t been to…
