This is such a positive song about the world.

This is my best friend and my song. This describes a lot about our friendship, eventhough this is a love song. We call each other our “wonderwall”, because she’s “the one that saves me” from the craziness of the world. She and I are very very similar and have the same thought pattern. We sing this to each other sometimes =D

Like I said, it’s really hard to choose just a few Jimmy Buffett songs. There are SO many memories with my dad and sailing invested in his music. I think that this song is the quintessential Jimmy song, summing up all of his views on life. I love the line, “so many nights I just dream of the ocean, God I wish I was sailing again.” Also, “if we couldn’t laugh, we would all go insane.” Mhm. Gooood song =D
