Well i did it! =D
I think i am finally smiling more =].
why? Just happy i suppose =]
I smile about funny times all of the time… =P
I smile at old people. I smile at my mum and my friends.
I smile when i am singing =P

im such a hypocrit telling people to smile! And not care what you look like when you do cause its the emotion thats the thing. I don’t mind smiling but in photos… its different. I look so funny haha. Well i love to pout and pull faces i really got to put some photos up lol.
But yeah i need to smile more in photos!! I just love to pout and pull faces hehe. =D SMILE =D

i think its just awesome how everything is really great one second and goes s@#@ the next.
I was wonderfully happy with my man and my family and now i don’t know if things are going to work out and basically my brother and i just bashed the s&%$ out of each other. ive got the bruises to prove it.
sorry if this brings you down. I want to smile more and thats what counts. if This isnt happening to any of you so smile =P for me.

Just lately ive been smiling more still not enough but definately more.
I think its because i had a really awesome weekend i went to my best friends house and i had a real big D+M with her and the thing is i expected her to freak out and be all like okay and the rest of the time be awkward but we just got like way closer than ever and ive been really happy. i also met another person thats really awesome too at the same time so im feeling way better about myself and yeah =]

smiling is not necessarily percieved as what your teeth look like etc, its more the feeling your expressing that people notice! I mean if you think about it people look horrible! i mean terrible when they cry… you know really wail! but you dont notice that do you? you just notice that they are sad or in pain so i wouldn’t be concious of what you look like when you smile =]

Smiling & meaning it

wow, i never thought of that.
and it explains the cheesy/fake feeling in my stomach when i start to smile sometimes.
i guess you need to look back on the fun times =]
some people dont have that many, but as sad as it sounds maybe you can think of the things that keep you here like your family =] or your best friend =]
after saying that i dont want you to do the oppostie.. and think all negative… ill feel really guilty!!

as usual everything started off great.
then a few things came up i got side-tracked from my goal and stopped smiling as much.
I also thought of a good idea.
You know how when your all alone, start to think, thoughts get you down, stop smiling?
well maybe say for example, on the toilet (lol) or on a bus or when your about to go to sleep at night -basically alone – smile and especially when your going to bed cause then you know you ended the day with a smile =]

yeah randomly smiley can look kinda weird lol
so here are some things i make myself smile while doing…
reading
looking at yourself in the mirror
walking past some1
when your singing or playing an instrument
when your doing something you love to do
for photos DUH
day dreaming
talking
things like that…
i mean it would be really weird if you just remembered your goal and couldnt smile cause you would look like total retard right?
plus if you smile when you do things it makes you look like your having a good time and people want to join you =]
