get my teeth fixed

so, today I had the right side of my mouth “deep cleaned”. I’m still numb and slobbering…2 crowns, 1 root canal, and left side “deep cleaning” left to go. Thank GOD I HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE…no matter how paltry the benefit…

I have put this off 3 times already this year. Its expensive, its painful and I’m just not looking forward to it. I rescheduled for the first week in April…I don’t want to put it off again.

I had my first appointment yesterday – all of my fillings were replaced. It was miserable. My jaws still hurt, but the new fillings are tooth colored, meaning when I open up my big yaw, it doesnt look like I chewed on foil.

Next comes the root canal…ooo laws….

I went to the consultation last Tuesday. The poking and prodding was enough to make me want to leave. the cost of getting this work done is outragous. My insurance doesnt even begin to cover what I need done so I had to breakdown the procedures based on how much I can afford and when. What should take only 2 visits is now turning into about 6 visits. guess I’ll be eating alot of Ramen noodles in the coming months.

I have severe pero disease and after several docs making me feel stupid, dirty and fearful of pain(thus making me not want to go back) I’m going to do this. I have a dental appt next week.
