I am two time bigger than what I used to be. I want to be skinner. But….
it was kinda like a dream. I never get real, I don’t even know how much do I weigh. Silly? Yes, it is. How come I can get slimmer when I don’t even know how I am.
So I think I got to know how I am by weighing myself, instead of just hoping that someday I will get lighter.
at my office there’s one scale, I can weigh myself there. And then decide what actions I should take after.

-I will not eat after 6pm anymore, if I am hungry I will eat only fruit.
-I will eat breakfast and that should be only breakfast, not like breakfast, breakfast and breakfast or a feast anymore.
-When I wake up I should drink water then go out for Yoga, or Krabong.
-I should wake up the same time and go to bed the same time everyday.
-I want to do Yoga everyday so I need to wake up at 5, that mean I need to go to bed no longer than 10.30pm.
-On sunday and Saturday if I wake up at 5 that mean I can go run around the park several time before my Krabong session starts. This way I can keep consistance of the time I daily wake up.
-On weekdays if I got to Saun Lum very early I could run a small round before my yoga session.
-After Yoga, I should take off to shower and go to work, this way I don’t have to go home late.
-At lunch, I will eat what is good to my health which will not be expensive.
-At 6 I should shoot off to go back home, this way I will have time to read and pray and I will get home before 7.30.
-When I get home what I should do is pray and meditation, this will help my brain to restructure itself to higher level of conciousness.
-After I finish meditaion, I should take a showder and study, might be internet marketing or something that might benefit me.
-When I sleep I will sleep well and get full refreshment.
--The important thing is I should not eat for fun, and should be aware all the time that we are what we eat so I should not eager to eat for fun all the time.

-work out every day.
-Krabong work out on Sat and Sun.
-Yoga on weekdays.
-Running on weekdays.
I should do it for the sake of clear mind and I believe they will help me to be more proactive in life.
What else should I do?
I am thinking of stop eating animals, well not including water animals.
And I also thinking of not eating dinner as serious buddhist.
I should not think that I will try because the idea of trying contain the feeling of not being successful at the point and surely I will quit before or when the time ends.
So NO TRY, but If I will do it it mean no turning back!
Awwwwwww. Me, problem is cannot think clearly and no strong aims.
