get an agent

I am now freelancing (supposedly) with FOUR agencies, none of whom have gotten me any auditions. They are not top agencies (and in fact two are managers). I’m a little bummed but want to keep looking for better people to work with. I took some time off this summer and need to get back in the game!

I’m doing a play at the end of February. So I’m making a concentrated effort to do the agent seminars. It’ll give me a good idea of at least where I stand. And it’s good practice, answering all those questions they throw at you! I had one that was just okay. And another that was better. We’ll see what happens. One must remain optimistic!

I have tried, tried, tried to do this. I have met with some. There are just too many “me’s” running around. That’s not true exactly. I should keep up with people more. You never know.
