Have been doing some stretching while waiting for the water in the shower to get warm in the mornings! ;)

Been having lots of rehearsals for my play that goes up Nov. 1. I usually stretch at rehearsal when we’re waiting around. It does feel good!

Totally whacked out my neck this week. So am at least stretching that constantly now. Have been stretching at my play rehearsals, which comes pretty naturally. If I can relate stretching to acting, then maybe I’ll be more motivated to do it! Maybe it’ll also help me feel like more of an artist. Should then probably do vocal warm-ups also. See, piling it on is what makes things impossible. Because I’m an all or nothing person. That’s not good! I should work on that!

My calves get tight, and sometimes I wake up in the night with charley horses. I need to stretch before bed!
