Down to one tablette (bar) of super dark yummy chocolate a week. Eating a real healthy vegetarian diet. Today though, I visited a friend (should I put quotation marks around that?) who made me lunch. White pasta, topped with microwaved out-of-a-jar pasta sauce and butter and nasty from-a-package pre-grated parmesan that has never been anywhere near an actual cow. And for the final blow: ice cream cake from a frozen food chain supermarket. I love my friend dearly. But I almost threw up on the way home. What can I do?!?

I’m getting back to my old, healthy way of eating and definitely feel better. Just have to cut back on the chocolate addiction a bit, and I’ll be doing pretty good. (Notice I said “cut back” and not “go cold turkey” or “give up”!)
I can’t believe I don’t have an entry for this!
I’m vegetarian, but I eat way too many sugary, whip-creamy, chocolaty, buttery things. (Hey, I live in Paris! I’m only human.)
Plus, I never take a lunch to work because that would just be too organized. (Prissy, even? Perhaps I have issues…) So I end up eating these dreadful cheese and mayonnaise sandwiches, or eating nothing at all until 9pm. Not healthy. And it makes my stomach very resentful.
So my goal is to eat the fruit I buy instead of watching it go off like some kind of modern art exhibit, to eat more whole grain business (ease up on the white stuff like white baguettes (bread), pasta, etc.) and limit myself to one truly evil pastry a week.
Bon chance Ă moi! (good luck to me!)
