behind every person’s personality and character there is a moral self. This moral self is sometimes manifested and sometime not. It is however there all the times and watches vigilantly. In some cultures this watching is the third eye and is depicted usually in a blue trinket that people wear.
This third eye is different as people are different, but shares some common denominators such as humanity, the golden rule etc. each person is responsible to dig inside and find what their particular eye looks for. I think the third eye might also be the way we perceive God looking at as, or the way our archetypes preserve humanity from us.
Low self esteem, depression, laziness and a lot of other negative things, sometimes have to do with the fact that our actions are not aligned with our moral compass (or our true North). Fulfillment is felt when our actions are consistent with our moral fiber.
