I need to cut Pepsi from my diet. completely eliminate it until I can learn to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. I can never just cut back because if I have it I drink it. i need to learn self-control I think. First step will be cutting Pepsi. Working up to 8 glasses of water a day for awhile. The slowly introducing pepsi. Finding a balance. Right .. like that’ll work …

three 8 oz glasses of water today. That is two more than yesterday and 5 less than I should be drinking. I have a juice pitcher that I keep in the fridge, it holds 40 oz, which is 5 8 oz glasses of whatever is in it. My goal is to be drinking atleast one of those everyday, by the end of the week. Then I only need to add three glasses and I am up to what I should be drinking. Then to add in the amount I should be drinking when I exercise .. but lets not get ahead of ourselves here. three glasses is more than none.
I still haven’t gotten around to drinking 8 glasses of water everyday, but I have been drinking some water. Even just one glass a day. It was more than before. I drink too much other crap. I need to slowly filter it all out. but anyway, just thought I would let the world know where I stand on the drinking 8 glasses of water a day issue.
