after daydreaming about the violin for several years 16 months ago

I bought a violin off craigslist for $75 a few months ago, before my big roughing-it summer trip. Now I’m back, and the friend who was holding onto it for me has given me a how-to book (“Essential Elements 2000 Plus DVD for Strings”). Exciting!
