...i havent been keeping to my routine … but its only because i have been going to classes everyday…sometimes 2 in one day :)...i really have been enjoying the yoga and spinning and kickboxing.

I havent been doing a good job at recording this goal as my computer is broken …i didnt do very well last week…i went to the gym just 2x and burned only 1200 cal.
For this weeke I went to the gym today and burned 500 cal
Goal
-go to gym 3-5 days a week
-burn 2500 cal per week
-do 2 circuits on each visit
-Lose 3lbs per week
Goal weight 150lbs
Current weight 182 lbs
