Ive been doing pretty good, but I did sneek 2 chocolates the other night, and I think that im eating too much bread, im going to try and stick to more veg and fruit.
On a more positive note I went to the club last night and didnt drink a drop :)...I even burned a few cal’s by dancing

Im going to base my diet on 3 elements
-Raw food
will try to consume a very high percentage of raw foods
-raw veg & salad (dips and dressing…hummus, balsamic vinagar, lemon juice,garlic, dill)
-nuts and seeds
-High Fiber food
beans, fiber flakes, flax seed bread
-detox (this part I will be strict with for 2 weeks …untill my b-day (jan 10th)
no perservatives, no processed foods, no sugar, very little meat (only fish), very little dairy , no white stuff (like bread rice pasta) no alcohol I will drink only green tea and water/lemon water
With this plan combined with my “go to the gym” plan I would like to lose 32 lbs
