I want to thru-hike the AT but it’s such a long journey that I’m afraid it will disrupt everything else good in my life. I think that might be part of the point to some people, but I’m relatively happy with my job, etc. With that in mind, I’m planning to hike the Long Trail end-to-end in 2008 because I can definitely swing one month. And then, well, we’ll see how it goes from there :o)
