learn the thriller dance

It’s just too much to add to a crowded plate. I’ll check back in a few months and see if someone else is organizing a local event.

But it seems to fall together so nicely…

Looking in the questions for this goal I found Thrill the World. (Thanks clickyfri!) The plan is to get the largest world-wide simultaneous “Thriller” dance going.

And the date for 2008 happens to be my birthday.

So, while admittedly massively on the corny side, I’m trying to decide if I want to talk to my gym and Hip Hip class about setting up a participating Thrill the World event at the gym on my birthday to participate. I have to decide if I really want to deal with all the coordination involved to do it right. But it’s months out (wouldn’t have to stress if done right), and it would make for a memorable birthday…

but what the heck. I’ve been doing the hip-hop aerobics for months now, and I’m finally catching on, so why not take on the Thriller dance just for fun?
