who would have thought that i would eventually lose that much weight! well, i haven’t really lost 20 lbs, but losing 6kgs is a big achievement. i don’t think i would want to lose a total of 20 because i would look unhealthy. i think i’ll keep the last 5 lbs and just work on losing the extra 3.
yey!! i’m sorry, but the key to it really is exercise and proper diet. no other shortcut.

it’s so difficult to lose that weight when no one seems to be supporting my efforts. hmpft. anyway, i’ve put my mind to it. everyday, i will (not try to, not hope to, but will) exercise at least 30 minutes! sugar and starch will be reduced and … i will weigh myself next weekend. i should have lost at least a pound by then.
