I’m guessing it’s going back to uni. Suddenly feel like I have NO TIME in my life!
Surely 20mins a day isn’t too much to ask???
Maybe I should start with 5 mins a day…..

...finding this hard going. Maybe it’s because my upper back is so tight that it HURTS when I stretch. I’m stretching more frequently than I was, but not yet every day.
Well, I’m stretching at least a little every day – but mainly because I’ve had a week of tension headaches! Going back to work after 3 weeks holiday was obviously a BAD IDEA!
Anyway, today I booked myself in for a Feldenkrais neck & upper back class that’s on tomorrow!! Never done Feldenkrais before – will be interested to see how it works.
I did stretch yesterday – but I honestly had the worst tension headache – I would have been SUICIDE not to!!
OK. I’ve just have 3 weeks holiday. I spent the first week with a headache. I did some neck & upper back stretches a physio gave me years ago to help relieve headache pain. It worked! I had a lovely 2 weeks WITHOUT a headache!
5 days ago I went back to work. On day 2 I could feel my back was a bit tight. On day 3 I had a headache! It’s Saturday, and my upper back feels tense and I have a headache! AAARRRRGH!! And it’s not like my jobs (I have 3 day jobs) are stressful… must just be sitting in front of a computer all day…
SO, I think I need to stretch every day to STOP getting so many headaches! I plan to start small. Maybe 5 minutes a day… I’ll start with what helps the headaches, and then move on to more & different stretches, if I can!
