Baaah...sick with the flu...again. 21 months ago

This vitamin regiment doesn’t seem to be helping. Son came down with the flu and has run 100-103 degree temp all week, and now I have it. Yuck. Any good vitamins for flu besides vit C and Elderberry Syrup?

Slacking on the vitamins again….did manage to take some this afternoon. I need to get back on this as it is a vital part to taking care of me and making sure I am up and going!

Why oh why…oh…I think I remember…I’ve been neglecting vitamins again. Now I am paying for it…missed work today for a day of maintenance. Sounds strange, but sometimes its great to surrender to a cold if it is excuse to get rest and slow down. A little tea, a little lemon, a little gingered honey, fuzzy blanket and I’m good!

keeping this one at the top. Slipping into bad habits again, but I think since I have had this goal at the top of the list, together with dry brushing, has kept me pretty healthy this winter.

I have started taking the omegas…

I have super dooper low cholesterol so I need to increase my intake of some good fats!

Everywhere I go…there are sick people hacking, coughing, sneezing, saying “stay away”! At work, at the store, at family gatherings, everywhere. I must continue my vita defense!

Slipping at this again! I did take some this morning, but I need to pay more attention to what I am taking and how often. Right now I’m just taking what I need to for energy, but I need to take my flax seed oil and B vitamins more often!
