After achieving my BMI goal of 21, I wanted to do even more to improve my health. Body Fat percentage is also an indicator of overall health and since I know I have an issue with sweets… I thought it’d be a good idea to also track it.
I bought a cool new Health O Meter Scale that calculates weight, BMI, and Body Fat Percentage.
It appears that I am wavering between 25% and 22% body fat. That is considered the average range for females. But since I want to be in the best shape possible, I’m going to see if I can’t slowly work my way down to a consistent 20%. Not sure if I will ever be able to get below that (I think I’d miss the occasional treat too much!).
