I can definitely touch the floor from a standing position after limbering up a bit… still a few inches from reaching my toes while sitting. I’ll get there!

I touched my toes today! Barely… I want to be able to touch my toes on the first bend (not 6th, haha) to mark this as complete!
After barely a week of doing yoga every other day I see a marked difference. I’ve never been able to touch my toes, even when I was a kid. =P So I will feel like a gymnast when I achieve this. XD
