Sweets are evil, they are addictive.I tell myself they are bad, but when I am week i will give in and have a cookie. I have started to make my own bread in the bread machine. I use whole wheat flour and do not add sugar. It actually taste pretty good. I also beleive in taking supplements. Vitamin C seems to be the super hero of vitamins, there are so many we need and aren’t getting. I have vit c and fish oil and I am planning on adding more a little at a time.



Loosing weight& being healthy

Well, inside I know how to loose weight and be healthy, but making myself do the things I need to do is a struggle. I am going to excersize class once a week which I know is not enough.
I am drinking more water and green tea. I am trying not to eat anything with sugar which is very hard. I want to loose 20 lbs.
