AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHH I hate, hate, hate dieting.I hired a personal trainer 2 months ago,I lost 20 lbs. but I think he was the devil really. My diet was chicken,fish and green veggies only. Crystal light or water, thats it. Try 500 squats, 100 push ups and 1 hour of cardio and weights. 3x a week.I haven’t seen him since Christmas(figures) What is the benefit besides the obvious health factors of dieting. It always feel like saddistic torture. Why does the media say you have to be thin? I always see fat girls cracking up having a great time, they are happy!!
