For some reason when you talk to a lot of people about owning a weapon they look at you like you grew a third eye. Marksmanship takes skill, it is a mastery, it is intelligent and thought provoking. I’ve had a permit now for nearly three years but have yet to settle on purchasing a handgun. I’ve enjoyed general practice at the range but this goal still sits on my shelf.
