My files.. My files..

I took them all out, all mis organized, mis treated.. “What! How did that get there”, kind of stuff.

Ejected what wasn’t needed.
Retagged what was.
Made files A-Z and filed accordingly.

Just looking at it all clean makes me grin. Tomorrow I process my backlogged filing into the new buckets.

Levenger Card Bleachers

Oooh I got one today, and it’s beautiful.. can I have a few more? These things are great in context locations.. Home, work, home-office..

Hipster PDA

My Treo 600 is a rather failure. I can’t enter things quick enough and if there is any resistance it seems moot. So I launch into a more real form of recording all the GTD-like items in note card form. (see http://www.diyplanner.com/templates/official/beginner )

I’ve made my own forms up since my printer doesn’t like to follow normal rules, but it has everything that is needed, project, sub project, actionable items, waiting, context, delegation, etc. I think this will work well, if not it will be an interesting test none the less as I haven’t gone for a paper solution ever. Going to make a quick Someday Maybe template and that should round out the needs.

Interesting times ahead..
