i hate myself when i was stalking profiles which i was no longer welcomed but still these urges coming and going inside me .
whether there would be secret sign for me to see or someone write something to provoke me ,i couldnt get this feeling out from my system .maybe i should give up on internet or cut my access from these profile demonstrated web sites.
